Shipping & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Prey Swim within 14 days of your purchase date. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. Returns must be in the original packaging with tags attached. All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise purchased online at www.preyswim.com must first email Prey Swim at email@example.com for an authorization number. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging and clearly write your authorization number on both the receipt and the outside of your package. For exchanges, indicate on the sales reciept which style, size and color suit you would like to exchange for.
All international sales are final. Most ALL international orders, any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so be prepared to pay duties and/or taxes for orders. Once custom officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over this and cannot list as a gift.
U.S. & International orders placed on Thursday after 5pm through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
